Talentdetectie weekend Kyorugi

Tijdens het weekend van 22-23/01/2022 zal er een talentdetectie kyorugi plaatsvinden in Diest. Geïnteresseerde atleten kunnen zich aanmelden voor dit weekend via volgende link: https://forms.office.com/r/NabPc1Xh68

Voorwaarden voor deelname:

• Leeftijd: 13 – 20 jaar
• Graad: 4de kup of hoger
• Ervaring: minstens aan enkele competities binnen België hebben deelgenomen
• Actief lidmaatschap bij TKDV

Dag 1: 22/01/2022

Alle deelnemende atleten zullen:

1. Volgende aangepaste vragenlijst invullen: ‘Psychological Characteristics for Developing Excellence’.
2. Uitvoeren van een testbatterij bestaande uit fysieke proeven. De proeven van de testbatterij zullen iets verschillen per leeftijdsgroep.

Dag 2: 23/01/2022

Alle deelnemende atleten zullen:

1. Deelnemen aan sparringswedstrijdjes in een formaat met aangepaste regels.
2. Deelnemen in een combinatie van testwedstrijden en situatie-trainingen.

Tijdens dag 2 zal er gewerkt worden met een systematische beoordeling via observatie.

Het is de bedoeling dat het gehele proces van dit talentdetectie weekend twee maal per kalenderjaar zal plaatsvinden zodat er rekening kan gehouden worden met de rijpingsgraad van de atleet en de ontwikkeling van psychologische gedragingen. Het is belangrijk om te weten dat de selectie niet uitsluitend zal worden bepaald op basis van de resultaten van dit weekend. De resultaten van de verschillende tests spelen wel een rol in de multidimensionale beoordeling van elke atleet.

Bovendien zullen de testresultaten dienen als een basis voor feedback voor alle deelnemende atleten en hun respectievelijke coaches, wat hen helpt om hun toekomstige ontwikkelingsproces te verbeteren.

A contemporary talent detection process will be undertaken on the weekend of 22.01.2022-23.01.2022 in Diest. All interested athletes between the ages of 13-20 years (4th Kup+, member of TKDV, domestic competition experience) are asked to apply via the following link, https://forms.office.com/r/NabPc1Xh68.

Applicants will be involved in a two-stage talent detection process:

Stage 1, 22.01.2022

All prosopective athletes will,

1. Complete a modified Developing Excellence questionnaire.
2. Complete a battery of physical assessment protocols. The test battery will differ for each age group to move along the continuum of measures of development potential towards measures of performance potential (Moreira et al., 2014).

Stage 2, 23.01.2022

All prosopective athletes will,

1. Compete in modified-rule formats of Taekwondo competition.
2. Compete in a combination of test matches and situational training.

(A systematic observation approach will be used to help qualify assessment)

It is envisaged that this process is repeated twice per calender year to accommodate maturation rates and concurrent development of psychological behaviours. It is important to note that selection will not be determined solely by the result profiles of the respective tests, rather the tests will serve as important discussion points when considering the multi-dimensional assessment of each prospective athlete.

Furthermore, test results will serve as a platform for feedback to all athletes and respective coaches to enhance the future development process.

Une détection des talents procédure contemporaine sera entretenue sur le weekend de 22.01.2022-23.01.2022 à Diest. Tous les athlètes intéressés entre l’âge de 13-20 ans (ont 4th Kup +, membre de TKDV et avec des expériences dans des compétitions domestiques) sont invités à postuler via le lien suivant, https://forms.office.com/r/NabPc1Xh68.

Les candidats participeront dans le processus de détection des talents en deux étapes:

Étape 1, 22.01.2022

Tous les athlètes prospectives vont:

1. Remplir un questionnaire modifié sur le développement et l’excellence.
2. Participer dans plusieurs évaluations physiques. Les différentes évaluations seront variées et modifiées pour chaque groupe d’âge afin de suivre le continuum des mesures du potentiel de développement vers des mesures du potentiel de performance (Moreira et al., 2014).

Étape 2, 23.01.2022

Tous les athlètes prospectives vont:

1. Participer dans un compétition de taekwondo avec des règles modifiés.
2. Participer dans des matchs tests et d’entraînement situationnelle.

(une approche d’observation systématique sera utilisée pour aider à qualifier et valider l’évaluation)

Il est envisagé que ce processus soit répété deux fois par année calendaire pour tenir compte des taux de maturation et du développement simultané des comportements psychologiques. Il est important de noter que la sélection ne sera pas déterminée uniquement par les profils de résultats des test respectifs, mais que les tests serviront plutôt de points de discussion importants lors de l’examen de l’évaluation multidimensionnelle de chaque athlète potentiel.

En outre, les résultats des évaluations serviront de plate-forme de rétroaction afin d’améliorer au futur la procédure de développement.
